Helping Youth Look Beyond the Game

Compass brings our athletes and youth from across the community together — pairing every participant with new connections and a clear path toward life after high school.

Sessions run evenings, weekends, and summer holidays — fitting around school schedules to reach the youth who need it most.

How Compass Helps

Connection & Networking

Youth forums and gatherings connect our athletes with peers from other regions and across Canada — opening minds, building friendships, and broadening their sense of what's possible.

College & Career Exploration

Through partnerships with colleges and universities, our youth visit campuses, meet students and faculty, and explore career paths — building a real picture of what comes after high school.

Tech Access & Innovation

In partnership with local tech hubs, youth get early exposure to technology — attending conferences, seminars, and hands-on workshops that open doors to future careers in tech.
